2. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 1-3 working days within the UAE. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer cash on delivery across the UAE.

4. Is your jewelry tarnish-free?

Yes, all our jewelry is 18K gold plated, non-tarnish, and hypoallergenic—perfect for daily wear without irritation.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free across the UAE for orders above 95 AED.

7. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order (see Return Policy below).

Currently, we deliver only within the UAE.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

Returns:

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Non-returnable items:

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Refund process:

Approved refunds are processed within 3-7 working days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Defective/Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Return shipping:
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
